I have a dilemma.  We have a fourteen-year old girl that would love to babysit our two kids... but I'm afraid that fourteen may be too young.  What's funny is... I started babysitting at thirteen.  However, it is totally different when it is my children I'm entrusting to a teenager. 

If you have a teenage (especially 13 or 14-years of age) babysitter let me know how it's working for you.  I would also love to hear your opinion on teeage babysitters?  How young is too young?
