As women and especially as moms it is inevitable that we will experience stress at one time or another.  Everyone experiences stress.  And with the stress going on in the blogoshpere with mommy bloggers being burned out... this is a relevent question.

So instead of letting yourself get so frustrated that you can't blog the way you want to, be the mom to your kids you need to be or the wife you want to be - maybe you can find some ways of relieving stress.
