My first reaction when I heard that a stranger spanked a child in a store was, 'what has this world come to?'  Seriously... how messed up is that?  Allegedly a woman shopping at a Salvation Army store in Cincinnati, Ohio, didn't like something a toddler said to her... she then told the mother that she didn't know how to control her child and proceeded to put the child across her knees and spanked her three times.

Then a couple of days ago I overheard a father say that he didn't think it would bother him.  That if his child was misbehaving that he'd be okay with a stranger spanking his child.  And my thought was "heck no... I don't spank my own child, there is no way I'm okay with a stranger doing it.

The mama bear would come out in me to protect her baby cub.  I wouldn't even tell a mother (especially a stranger) how to raise her child.  I know that's a very touchy subject.  So I for darn sure wouldn't be disciplining someone elses child.  Listen to my vlog to hear more on how I'd react in this situation.
